Victoria


This precious little girl is VICTORIA. She is an orphan at "Eagle's Nest" in Guatemala where the Block family (www.buildingtheblocks.blogspot.com) serve full time. Victoria is 11 months old. She was born without her left ear and only has part of her right ear. She also has cataracts in her eyes and has limited vision. She was blessed to be able to go to the States on a medical visa and receive medical treatment for her eyes and an evaluation on her ears. Victoria needs a special hearing device called the BAHA. If she is able to get this her hearing will improve drastically. Eagle's Nest is able to get those hearing aids for $4,800.00 which is a fraction of the usual cost. However, this is a huge amount for a small orphanage to come up with. They simply can not afford it. They have miraculously raised $2,200.00.
