What Time Is It?!?!

Summertime!

School's Out! Scream and Shout!

Ok, yes, I have seen "High School Musical" a few too many times. I love the music!

Last week I went to the Grand Floridian with my little A-Dog and all his kindergarten buddies. They are an ABSOLUTE ADORABLE bunch of 6-year-olds.

On our way to the hotel that morning, we were listening to our local Christian radio station and "Aidan" just so happened to be the name of the day. Aidan and I screamed and I quickly picked up my phone to dial the station in hopes to be caller #3 and brag on my Aidan for a minute or two.

It turns out I was caller #2.

Bummer!

So close, yet so far away.

Just then Matt texted: "I'm on the radio"

Turns out he was caller #3.

Next thing I know, my husband is on the air sharing with all of O-Town just how special his little guy is. He did such a great job. I would have babbled and cried, so it's a good thing it was him and not me.

It was the perfect start to a perfect day. Our little A-Man gets lost in the shuffle sometimes. The whole day was just magical and he felt so loved.

Thank you Jesus!

Anyhow...

Some pix of our time at the Grand Floridian:

Mrs. Chesmore, Corey, Aidan, Mason, Grant, & Tyler

Oh, I just love this little guy so much!

I was so proud of Aidan. He received the "boldness" character award for having a desire to do and say what's right in God's eyes without backing down. Mrs. Chesmore said, "Aidan is going to be a great servant of God."
The Whole Class... All 11 of them:)
Tigger!
A nutritious breakfast of all carbs. Yum!
Did y'all know that my nickname is "Poohbear"? Well, that's what my husband has called me for 17 years.
Mary Poppins! My Favorite!
The Mad Hatter & Alice
The next evening was kindergarten graduation. They did the most adorable little performance of all the many things they've learned. It was so great! They reminded me of the Von Trap children; speaking loudly and right on que!
The Proud Graduate

This pic is from the big kids ceremony today. Ansley is the 7th from the left. Shorty:) She received the character award for "Enthusiasm".

Alex is the 6th from the left. He received the character award for "contentment".

Way to go guys!!! Dad and I are so proud!

Now lets have some fun!!!!!!!!!!

Canada, here we come!!!

Blessings,
Rebecca
