Spring Break Part 3:

The Master's Mission!

Our family with Paul & Betty Lou Teasdale; the co-founders of TMM

Betty Lou sent me a hand-written letter before we left and then left us this sweet note on our table in the guest house:)

The Master's Mission is located in the Nantahala Forest in North Carolina. We drove for what seemed like forever around and around the mountain that led us up to the top where the 11 month missions training program is located. A couple named Paul & Betty Lou Teasdale co-founded this amazing ministry 40+ years ago. It is designed to equip missionaries with the necessary tools to succeed in the international mission field. We were blessed with the amazing opportunity to go up and stay in their guest house and learn all about the program. I will just post the pictures for now. I am still just trying to decompress from all that we learned this past week. It was an amazing experience. We are so thankful to the Lord for this awesome place and for the new friends we made while up there.

  1. Rebecca,

It's so exciting that your family is considering (are you just considering or have you made a commitment?) full-time mission work! I have dreamed of doing the same, but my husband just isn't on the same page (yet!)

I've been checking your blog for new posts and was worried when you were gone for so long! :) So glad it was for spring break!

    Take care!
