Not A Fan...
Ok, I've about had it with this stinkin' iPad. I don't get the big hype at all. I mentioned that my computer is on the fritz... It's in the shop right now. Matt has been trying to get his up and running again. So I have been trying to post updates from his iPad. HUGE frustration! It's such a tease. It gives you this impression that it is a computer, but it really is not. It's just a glorified iPhone without the phone. I spent over an hour typing up a post yesterday only to have it completely disappear into thin air out of the blue. Just now I typed up a post about our possible letters from Ashlyn and included a couple of links for y'all to read but for some reason they didn't show up. So here's a second attempt.
If it doesn't work, I'll try again when I get my sweet baby back. Please pray they can fix it without losing all of my pictures!!!!

Morning Rebecca - yep - hate the iPad too - useless things!

Hope you get your machine soon as well - and as for mail - our son's FF sent a package to him, and while I'm not real sure when it was shipped (via mail) - it was about 10 days between when they e-mailed and the box was there! Letters I'm sure are faster!
As for the wait - wish I could explain that one too - argh...

Our Ipad 3 is great! and our 7 yo is learning Mandarin on it. Apple has classes so you both may want to consider replacing with a newer version and taking some classes. Mail can be painfully slow in China. You've waited this long then suddenly you'll get your travel orders (2 weeks ahead of time) then you'll really be scrambling!! Hope you have your passports or are working on them for whoever is going ;-)

Hi Phil! Yeah, we just got the iPad 3. I'm not that jazzed about it yet. I love my lap top! Hopefully getting it back soon. We have all the passports, but we have to get the kid's updated pictures. They expire in July. I think we are done with paperwork. Just waiting now...
