| She's the one on the right. Aidan saw it and said, "awww, I like her smile." He's in composing a letter to her right now. |
So many things going through my head these days as time draws near. A family at our church just had to put their older adopted son (age 14, adopted at age 10) in respite care a couple months ago. It was shocking to hear. He always looks so happy and well-adjusted, even participating in worship at church with such joy and enthusiasm. At times I would glance over at him and my eyes would swell with tears, hoping for the same with Ashlyn. So many people struggling to help their older kiddos find some peace in their hearts.
Would you please say a prayer for these unnamed families?
I know they would be so grateful.
Also, please continue to pray for us and for Ashlyn. We are hoping for a miracle.
Blessings,
Rebecca
