Happy Birthday Aidan!!!

Today (July 11) our little love-bug, our sweet A-Dog... turned 7.

SEVEN.

It's hard to believe.

He's still my baby though:)

He has been sick with some weird sore throat (no strep) since Staurday. He hasn't been sleeping very well, altough he's pretty ok during the day. We were suppose to go hang out with some friends at their beach condo today but I didn't want to expose them to Aidan in case he was contagious so we stayed home and had a teddy bear picnic instead. Yeehaw. Oh, and today is 7/11... FREE SLURPEES! He had 2:) Funny that he was born on this day bc Slurpees are his favorite thing EVER. As a matter of fact, our kids get excited when they're sick because daddy spoils them with Slurpees and Gatorade. Did you know those are good for medicinal purposes? Me neither.

We also planned a spur-of-the-moment dinner party for our little big birthday boy. We made hot wings and had some really yummy cake and ice cream. Gran, John, Bubba, Aunt Cat, Jacob, Aunt Char, & Daniel came to celebrate with us. Aidan got lots of baseball themed gifts. His very favorite...

I have to close with a song. This is the song I sing to my littles every night. They love it... but especially Aidan.

We love you Aidan and we are so incredibly blessed by your precious heart. I pray that the Lord will protect it and give you great wisdom and discernment to guard it. It is a gift. We are so proud of you.
