We left for our annual road trip to Canada on June 29th and just got back on the 11th. We wondered last summer if it would be our last "normal" family vacation. With the unknowns of adoption one has to be prepared for the worst and we certainly did not bury our heads in the sand. We were fully prepared to axe the idea of a 24 hour drive to Canada if need be. However, our 11 hour drive to Nashville in June proved that our 2 newbies are indeed world class travelers, whew! We had a great time and the girls made new friends and met new family and made great memories...

Beavertails & Blue Mountain...
| In the winter this place is full of skiiers. In the summer there's all sorts of other fun activities... Mountain coaster, miniature golf, rock climbing wall, live music, shopping, restaurants, frog pond:) |
| Ashlyn's first Beavertail... Yumminess!!! |
| I'm not so sure she liked it |
| Abby enjoyed hers too:) |
| Last year there were only 6 of us in the big chair. It used to look so big... If we keep having children, Blue Mountain is going to need to invest in a big sofa! |
| Our sweet friends, the Ruperts! They have a farm that's been in the family for like 500 years, or something crazy like that! Anyways, we love them and always look forward to seeing them each summer. |
Stay tuned for more tomorrow!!!
Blessings,
Rebecca
